What are the age and license requirements for Rent Easy?
Driver’s must be at least 21 years old to rent a motorhome from Rent Easy. In addition, you must have held a category B for at least 1 year on your driving licence. This only applies for motorhomes with a weight up to 3,500 kg. Rent Easy Classic, City, Active and Family motorhome categories qualify. For motorhomes with a total weight over 3,500 kg - Rent Easy Exclusive Extra, Exclusive First, First and Premium Extra motorhome categories - drivers must be at least 25 years old to rent these campervans. In addition, you must have held a C/C1 category for at least three years on your driving licence.
What coverage is included with a Rent Easy motorhome?
Rent Easy motorhomes are fully covered by comprehensive insurance. The deductible varies and is dependent on location and rental period, however, you can expect up to 1,500€ to be held on your credit card. All major credit cards are accepted - Mastercard & Visa. Cash, debit cards, prepaid credit cards and digital credit cards are not accepted by the supplier. Only physical credit cards can be used for deposit purposes. Deposits are refundable provided that the motorhome is returned in the same condition as when it left.
What additional items does Rent Easy offer?
Rent Easy motorhomes, except for the City Classic, come with fully equipped kitchens, a sink, refrigerator, a toilet, shower and wash basin. For added comfort Rent Easy provides additional equipment at a cost. Things such as bedding, towels and child seats can be requested as an extra. You can either select these items during the booking process or contact reservations afterwards. Please note that last-minute requests are subject to availability.
