Car Lease Delivery and Return Instructions

You can only pick up or drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed seven working days in advance. Please refer to the Rome Fiumicino Airport location guide for opening hours and closures.

After arriving at the Rome Fiumicino Airport from a flight, collect your luggage and contact MDS/Rome at +39 06 65 00 14 56 or +39 389 54 92 717. A minibus will take you to the MDS / Rome reception center to collect your vehicle, approximately 15km/9.4 mi from the airport. The bus will wait for you for up to 1 hour after the actual arrival time of your scheduled flight and 30 minutes after the time of the appointment. Your incoming flight details are essential so the agent can meet you appropriately. If your flight details change, please get in touch with the leasing office using the telephone numbers below.

For vehicle returns, please contact the leasing office seven business days before your predetermined return date. The procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.
