Car Lease Delivery and Return Instructions

You can only pick up or drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed seven working days in advance. Please refer to the Madrid location guide for opening hours and closures.

After arriving at the Madrid Barajas Airport from a flight, collect your luggage and call +34 913 29 27 10 or +34 629 13 27 72. A shuttle from Auto Turistica Iberica (ATI) will take you to the pick-up center. Your incoming flight information is essential so the agent can meet you appropriately. If your flight details change, please get in touch with the leasing office using the telephone numbers below.

To get to the return facility, take Highway A2 and the service road exit, which leads to the ATI reception office. A shuttle will return you to the airport departure area. The procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.

By Car from Madrid towards Zaragoza: On Highway A2, take Exit 11, then keep right until the end of the service road. Follow the service road for approximately 2km/1.3 mi and then follow "Parque Empresarial." Keep driving right until you find "Urbanizacion." Lola Flores Street is between the Crowne Hotel and the Holiday Inn Hote on the right side.
By Car from Zaragoza towards Madrid: On Highway A2, take Exit 15. When you get to the first roundabout, exit towards San Fernando-Coslada. At the second roundabout, turn right onto Lola Flores Street.
