Car Lease Delivery and Return Instructions

You can only pick up or drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed seven working days in advance. Please refer to the Frankfurt location guide for opening hours and closures.

When you arrive, after you have retrieved your luggage, contact MDS/Frankfurt by phone at +33 6 30 95 78 35 or +49 17 83 59 53 77. A shuttle bus will transport you to the host/MDS Frankfurt center to deliver your vehicle. Your incoming flight information is essential so the agent can meet you appropriately. A car leasing agent will wait for you for up to 1 hour after the actual arrival time of your scheduled flight and 30 minutes after the time of the appointment. If your flight or appointment details change, please get in touch with the leasing office at +33 6 30 95 78 35 or +49 17 83 59 53 77.

For vehicle returns, please get in touch with the leasing office seven business days before your predetermined return date. A shuttle will take you to the airport's departure terminal. Further procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.
