Car Lease Delivery and Return Instructions

You can only pick up or drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed seven working days in advance. Please refer to the Paris CDG Airport location guide for opening hours and closures.

If you are arriving by flight into Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport at Terminal 1, proceed to the courtesy telephone located on the arrivals level between gates 4 and 6 or call +33 1 48 62 37 53 from any public phone. After calling, the TT CAR courtesy shuttle will take you to pick up your vehicle. Your incoming flight information is essential so the agent can meet you appropriately. If your flight details change, please contact the leasing office using the telephone numbers below.

For all vehicle returns, please contact the leasing company seven business days prior to your prearranged return date. Go to the TT Car Transit carpark rue Eugene Poubelle - 77990 Le Mesnil Amelot. You will return to your departure terminal by TT Car Transit courtesy shuttle bus. Further procedures and formalities for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.

Directions to Lease Location at CDG Airport

By Bus from Paris, Porte Maillot: Take the Air France bus.

By Bus from Paris, place de l'Opera: Take the Roissybus.

By Train: From Chetelet-les-Halles, take RER Line B to the Aeroport CDG 1 Station. Then, take the airport shuttle.

By Car: Take the A1 highway towards Lille, Charles de Gaulle, from the Paris Porte de la Chapelle. Take the Charles de Gaulle, Senlis Exit (green sign). Follow the signs to Charles de Gaulle. Follow the signs to Terminal Roissypole. Follow the signs to Terminal 3 Parking Px. Take the exit on the left and follow the signs to Terminal 3 Parking Px. Go through the first tunnel (reasonably short) and move into the right-hand lane. Be careful of vehicles moving in from the right. After exiting the tunnel, stay in the right-hand lane and take the first exit, following signs to Parking Px. DO NOT take the new tunnel. Go straight through the two roundabouts at the top of the sliproad. After the first two roundabouts, go around the third roundabout and take the exit in front, following the sign for TT CAR. At the next roundabout, turn right (Second Exit) and follow the TT CAR/TAXI signs. After the last roundabout, you must take the middle lane on the left of the central barrier (Important: the road is Two-Way). Most importantly, DO NOT drive in the right-hand lane exclusively for taxis. Markings on the road for TT CAR will guide you. Follow the concrete wall, stay in the TT CAR lane, and turn left at the sign. Enter through the gate on the right, and you've arrived. Reception parking is on the right under the verandas.
