Car Lease Delivery and Return Instructions

You can only pick up or drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed seven working days in advance. Please refer to the Geneva location guide for opening hours and closures. The leasing offices can be contacted via phone at +33 (0)6 84 97 25 47.

For arrivals on a flight to the Geneva Cointrin Airport's French and Swiss sides, proceed to the French Side exit and go to the "Accueil France" (French Information) counter. Contact MDS by phone to be met by a car leasing agent. You will be transported by minibus to the host / MDS Geneva center to deliver your vehicle. The agent will wait for you for up to 1 hour after the actual arrival time of your scheduled flight and 30 minutes after the time of the appointment. Please get in touch with the leasing office seven business days before your prearranged return date for vehicle returns. The procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.

Be Aware: You must buy a highway pass to use Swiss highways. However, you are not obliged to buy this pass if you ONLY drive on France-side motorways.
