You can only pick up or drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 7 working days in advance. For arrivals at Basel-Mulhouse Airport, go to the Europcar desk in the arrivals hall on the French side, next to the escalators. You will take delivery of your vehicle at Europcar's park, which is in front of the Terminal.

To return your vehicle, go directly to the Europcar parking lot at Basel-Mulhouse airport.
