Delivery and Return Instructions

After arriving into the Lisbon Airport from a flight, contact Porto Paris LDA by calling 0800 206 852 toll-free from a public phone in the arrivals hall. A Peugeot Open Europe agent will then greet you and accompany you to the pick up center via shuttle bus. Your incoming flight information is important for the agent to be able to meet you at the appropriate time. If your flight details change for any reason, please contact the Peugeot office using the telephone numbers below.

For vehicle returns, please contact Peugeot Sodexa four business days prior to your predetermined date of return. The procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.

To return the vehicle, proceed from Rossio by taking the Avenida da Liberdade, followed by the Avenida da Républica, second circular. Once you drop off your vehicle, a courtesy shuttle will return you to the departures area of the airport.
